I start every assessment with a personalised in‑home walkthrough to pinpoint comfort issues, energy inefficiencies, and upgrade opportunities.

My approach is practical and conversational — no jargon, no pressure, just clear guidance tailored to your home and your goals.

I’m completely independent. 

I don’t work for any solar company, battery installer, heat pump supplier, or insulation contractor — and I don’t take commissions or referral payments. My advice is unbiased and based solely on what will genuinely improve your home’s comfort, efficiency, and long‑term running costs. You get honest recommendations without sales tactics, upselling, or hidden agendas.

During the visit, I highlight quick, affordable fixes you can tackle straight away, as well as long‑term improvements that deliver meaningful savings over time. I help you understand the pros and cons of different options, how they fit into your budget, and how they support a future‑ready, fully electric home. Whether it’s insulation, draughtproofing, solar, batteries, heat pumps, or efficient heating and cooling, I explain each upgrade in plain English so you can make confident decisions.

After the assessment, I provide a detailed written report summarising everything we discussed. It includes clear options for next steps, prioritising recommendations, with links to rebates and incentives that can reduce upfront costs. 

My guidance covers solar and battery rebates, heat pump hot water systems, efficient heating and cooling upgrades, insulation improvements for ceilings, walls and floors, and draughtproofing strategies to keep your home comfortable year‑round.
